I have never had a more pleasant experience at a local business than the one I had today at Transolution Auto Care. Two other auto repair shops in Missoula told me it would cost $40–$80 just to look at my vehicle. I simply had an automatic window malfunctioning. As it turned out, I had accidentally turned the child-lock on! Silly me! Transolution also inspected a few other minor things on my car — for no charge. The mechanic gave me great advice on what to do in the future as far as auto repair is concerned. Also, the shop itself was very cozy, offering hot tea, coffee, soft drinks, and water. They even had a bowl of complimentary chocolates that I appreciated very much! Please take your vehicle here, these guys deserve your business and will treat you will be treated with kindness and respect.
