I want to share my thoughts about bringing my car to your Missoula auto repair shop. Honesty, service, and friendliness are the words that come to mind when I think of my experience with this business. The engine blew on my Suzuki XL-7 when my wife, four children, and I were on a cross-country road trip. Transolution was the only shop in Missoula willing to do the warranty work. After having a defective replacement engine shipped, the problem could have been easily hidden from us. It was not. Transolution made sure our second replacement engine was running like a top before we went to get our vehicle. Every time we called they took the time to address our concerns. The shop also did the necessary legwork with the warranty company. Transolution has the most professional and courteous group of auto mechanics we have ever dealt with. I would like to thank the professionals that work at this shop for their service and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a mechanic in the Missoula area.
