"Honesty, Integrity, Thoughtfulness, Trustworthy and Kindness that's Transolution There is nothing worse then having car problems when you are on a family vacation. Oh but there is, MOTORHOME engine problems on a Saturday on your way to Alaska! Our MOTORHOME had no power. Chris's team of highly trained technicians jumped right into the problem. Chris told us that if we would be patient, his team would ascertain what the problems where and what it would take to resolve them. The problem was the computer that manages the engine. They reset it and the MOTORHOME is running wonderful, better gas mileage than ever before! "
What impressed me so much about this facility was their ability to work me in and give me first class service. They were extremely busy and still put me in front of the line understanding our situation.

"We were having a great trip traveling from Oklahoma to the Tetons, Yellowstone, and on our way to Glacier when we had transmission issues. It is not something that you plan for when traveling on a trip over 1,500 miles from home. Emergency repairs can become quite a challenge to find competent help. When you do find a great repair facility I believe you need to let the motorhome community know. We limped into Missoula, MT to stay at the KOA campground on a Sunday. Yes, it seems that problems like to occur on Sundays. I called Good Sam's Roadside Assistance and can report they try to help but when it comes to transmissions they are at a loss. The campground was helpful in providing a list of facilities. Through a process of elimination we were able to find a transmission shop to call and left a message (Sunday) of our situation. The next morning we received a call from Brian, the shop manager, with Transolution. Brian was very helpful over the phone and with the information he provided, I felt very comfortable that they would be able to diagnose the problem and repair. What impressed me so much about this facility was their ability to work me in and give me first class service. They were extremely busy and still put me in front of the line understanding our situation. Transolution was able to pull the error codes to determine what the problem was and then source this issue for repairs. In addition to repairing the transmission as a courtesy they also performed a PM to check other systems. As it turned out this was a blessing as they also found a component that was hanging on by one loose bolt. If this component would have fallen off their would have been no way to shut off the engine as well as no accelerator to move the coach. They also found other issues but it was determined that this was not critical even though they should be addressed when we got back home. This is impressive in the fact that they only performed the immediate safety issues and did not take advantage of the situation. After the repairs we continued on our trip with no issues and were so thankful that we found Transolution! My recommendation to anyone who is remotely close to Missoula, MT and in need of transmission service or repair would be to call Transolution. You will not be sorry and have pease of mind that the work will be done right the first time. We can not thank Chris Gerber and the entire staff at Transolution enough for their professionalism and courtesy. Sincerely, Ed and Dawn McVay "

"I brought Chris and his team an old bus project and they swapped a motor and rebuilt the transmission for me. They went above and beyond with small details in the engine compartment and did things right. Its nice to find real craftsmanship these days. Katherine is a peach who is super knowledgeable which is rare in a front desk person. Everyone at Transolution is part of a great team and will continue to get my work and all those I talk to. Thanks you guys!"

"I can't say I've ever had a more pleasant experience at an auto shop than the one I had today. I had been told at two other places that it would cost me $40-$80 just to get my vehicle looked at. I simply had an automatic window malfunctioning. It turned out that I had accidentally turned the child lock on! haha They also checked a few other minor things with no charge, and gave me great advice on what to do from there as far as auto repairs. Also the shop itself was very cozy, with hot tea and coffee available. They even had a bowl of complimentary chocolate that I appreciated very much! Please take your vehicle here, these guys deserve your business and will treat you with much kindness and respect."
I didn't worry that as a woman I was given less service just because I don't know much about cars. If anything goes wrong with your vehicle, you can ask them to fix it. I even got tires there.

"Chris and Dustin at Transolution rebuilt the rear axle of my 1999 Jeep when it died on Hwy 93 N last December. They also replaced front wheel bearings that were worn and it now runs like a dream. I drive it for rural mail delivery and they ordered and received the parts and fixed it in time for me to use it for work when I needed it. I didn't worry that as a woman I was given less service just because I don't know much about cars. If anything goes wrong with your vehicle, you can ask them to fix it. I even got tires there."

"The team at Transolution Auto Care Center saved our vacation! We had engine troubles while towing our trailer from Vancouver, Washington to Missoula, Montana. After taking it to a few auto shops in the area, we stumbled upon Transolution as a recommendation from another shop that couldn't see us due to time restrictions. Instead of waiting 4 days to be seen by a number of other auto shops, Transoltutions told us to come down and they would take a look. They helped us out as we were already late for a family reunion in McCall, ID. and had us on our way in a few short hours. Chris, Kathryn and Shawn were so good to us, and saved our vacation. My wife, 4 kids and I are forever grateful for your help and timeliness. Go see these guys for your automotive needs, you'll be glad you did. Lundyfam"

"I have seen Chris's ads Transolution Auto Repair in Missoula, on television so he was the first on my mind when I began to look for help. My daughter was in a traumatic skiing accident. He could have said, "no" but he did not. My daughter shattered her femur and humorous plus her elbow and has a concussion. As the injuries were on opposite sides of her body and her leg is not bendable and non-weight bearing she can not even use crutches. I needed my transmission fixed quick on the only vehicle I had to take her to doctor appointments. First Baptist Church in Stevensville paid for the oil and miscellaneous parts. My dad and mom paid for the transmission filter and rebuild kit. Chris is donating ALL of his time and expertise to fix the transmission. THANK YOU! YOU ARE OUR HERO!"
