I came to Transolution Auto Care after a 1.5 year nightmare involving another mechanic in Missoula. I had a TSB (technical service bulletin) that was out on my vehicle, and the mechanic had a problem following what was needed to be done. But when I gave it to Transolution, they were more than happy to take the information. When they started the job, it was even more of a nightmare than originally thought. The other mechanic had lost important bolts, and made numerous other mistakes. Transolution not only found the problem right away, they found another issue that was starting to happen. Transolution worked up a repair estimate and got right to work fixing my vehicle. Every step of the way I was kept informed with great communication about what was being done to my vehicle. All the techs at Transolution are very nice, professional, and care about their clients. I am forever grateful for what Transolution did, and I will be returning in the future.
