The "Service Engine Soon" light on the dash of our Class A RV came on in Kearney, NE in the middle of our 3-month long trip. Needless to say, this freaked us out. We were living in this vehicle and totally dependent on it for fulfilling two more months of reservations, Along the way we had the problem diagnosed as best anyone could without diving into the problem and causing us great consternation, expense, and disruption.

I contacted Transolution and they were fabulously cooperative, professional, and efficient. We arranged to have the parts on site and were able to hang out at their very comfy shop waiting room while they dove into all the possibilities. Turned out to be just what we thought it was with absolutely no equivocation. Brian, the owner, explained the problem and the fix better than many manuals of surgery explain an operation. He is possibly the most knowledgeable, personable, and professional auto mechanic I have ever known. He fixed the problem and confirmed it was indeed working correctly. I would recommend these guys to anyone in need of top-notch service at a reasonable price. We were in and out in about 2 hours and with a huge sense of relief and gratitude for being dealt with in such a superb manner. Special thanks to Jared at the front desk as well.
