"While on a road trip, my car started leaking ATF. We carefully drove into Missoula and started calling repair shops. Everyone was fully booked, but Transolutions agreed to take a look at the car the next morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem and make the necessary repairs. We were back on the road and headed home. I appreciate the excellent service and compassion for a couple of out of towners trying to get home!"
Very thorough and very kind. Of course I did bribe them with homemade brownies and rice krispy treats.

"Hey I just had my Rialta Motorhome 2001 completely gone over by the guys at Transolution in Missoula. Everyone there is so polite and my old motor home with 135,000 miles is running like new. We are talking a vehicle made by Volkswagen that is completed by Winnebago, and which has been discontinued for over 12 years. They figured out everything from overheating to air conditioning. Very thorough and very kind. Of course I did bribe them with homemade brownies and rice krispy treats."
Thank you so much for the quality and honest work completed at your garage!

"Daughters rig broke down on I-90. I turned to the WEB for help after another garage wanted $2,400.00 to repair. I called TRANSOLUTION, and had it towed to them. Repaired in one day for $400.00, and never shifted so well. Thank you so much for the quality and honest work completed at your garage!"
What impressed me so much about this facility was their ability to work me in and give me first class service. They were extremely busy and still put me in front of the line understanding our situation.

"We were having a great trip traveling from Oklahoma to the Tetons, Yellowstone, and on our way to Glacier when we had transmission issues. It is not something that you plan for when traveling on a trip over 1,500 miles from home. Emergency repairs can become quite a challenge to find competent help. When you do find a great repair facility I believe you need to let the motorhome community know. We limped into Missoula, MT to stay at the KOA campground on a Sunday. Yes, it seems that problems like to occur on Sundays. I called Good Sam's Roadside Assistance and can report they try to help but when it comes to transmissions they are at a loss. The campground was helpful in providing a list of facilities. Through a process of elimination we were able to find a transmission shop to call and left a message (Sunday) of our situation. The next morning we received a call from Brian, the shop manager, with Transolution. Brian was very helpful over the phone and with the information he provided, I felt very comfortable that they would be able to diagnose the problem and repair. What impressed me so much about this facility was their ability to work me in and give me first class service. They were extremely busy and still put me in front of the line understanding our situation. Transolution was able to pull the error codes to determine what the problem was and then source this issue for repairs. In addition to repairing the transmission as a courtesy they also performed a PM to check other systems. As it turned out this was a blessing as they also found a component that was hanging on by one loose bolt. If this component would have fallen off their would have been no way to shut off the engine as well as no accelerator to move the coach. They also found other issues but it was determined that this was not critical even though they should be addressed when we got back home. This is impressive in the fact that they only performed the immediate safety issues and did not take advantage of the situation. After the repairs we continued on our trip with no issues and were so thankful that we found Transolution! My recommendation to anyone who is remotely close to Missoula, MT and in need of transmission service or repair would be to call Transolution. You will not be sorry and have pease of mind that the work will be done right the first time. We can not thank Chris Gerber and the entire staff at Transolution enough for their professionalism and courtesy. Sincerely, Ed and Dawn McVay "

Elaine Rambo of Missoula Montana
"Awesome, very professional service. We just purchased our first RV ... a used (2007) motorhome ... and brought it to Translutions for a complete checkup before traveling. Chris was very thorough ... and very patient ... explaining everything to us and teaching us what we needed to know about its maintenance. We were extremely grateful for the time he invested in us and in our rig. Outstanding service. Will definitely be returning."
